What letting agencies ask before saying yes.
Will Ron replace my staff?
No. Ron handles the repetitive first-response work: out-of-hours enquiries, viewing slot offers, basic property questions, landlord chases. Your staff handle the relationship, the negotiation, and anything that needs judgement. Ron exists so your team isn't stuck triaging at 9pm or losing leads on a Sunday.
What about GDPR and tenant data?
Tenant data stays in your own canonical database (we use Supabase, hosted in the EU). Ron only reads and writes the data needed to handle the conversation. Voice calls capture explicit consent at the start. Retention rules are set per agency: you tell us how long to keep tenant comms and we enforce that.
What if Ron says the wrong thing?
Two safeguards. First, every behaviour goes through a 3-day soak in our sandbox before reaching your agency. Second, you get a daily WhatsApp summary of what Ron handled, with anything ambiguous escalated to you in real time. There's a kill switch: text 'pause' and Ron stops until you say otherwise.
Can I switch it off?
Yes, instantly. One WhatsApp command pauses Ron entirely. We also publish a thin admin panel where you can toggle individual behaviours (auto-book viewings, send landlord chases, reply to FAQ) without our involvement. The default scope is conservative: Ron only does what you've explicitly turned on.
How do you handle SpareRoom and UniHomes enquiries?
Most of our agencies are on SpareRoom and UniHomes. We're working on direct integration so Ron can monitor portal enquiries the same way it handles WhatsApp and calls: read incoming, qualify, book, and reply on the platform. Until that's live, forward portal emails into Ron's inbox and he replies via WhatsApp.
